Where exactly are you located?

Mane Loft CLE is located on the mezzanine level of the Nest building on the corner of Madison Ave and Robin St in Lakewood, Ohio. The easiest entry is on the side of the building closest to Robin St. Please ring the buzzer when you arrive and the concierge will open the door. From there, go up the first flight of steps, you will see a landing with a door to your left. We are located in the loft studio off of the landing!

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment within 24 hours. If we are not notified within 24 hours, 50% of your service total will be charged as a non-refundable, non-transferable late cancellation fee. All no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes! The Nest at Heyday Collective is located in a three story building. There is a parking lot directly behind the building, as well as street parking off of Robin or Quail St.

Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, this varies per service but all new guests are required to place a deposit to schedule.
